WORST APPS EVER!!! I use this apps to purchase flight ticket bcoz of convenient. But the check in function had ruined all! Eticket with full name but check in auto shortened my client's name and no other places to edit the details, press continue and expect the next page can edit details but all suddenly the boarding pass been issued?! The customer service only asked me to contact Malindo and they couldnt do any help and i hav to pay for the change name fee!

It never have any problems until this time. The rarest time of all time. I had been on work apart from my girlfriend for at least 4 weeks. So now I got my vacation time for only 2 days. I took a day off on Kanom district in nakornsitammarat province. What happened was it don't have any reservation at all!

Saya kasih 2 bintang bukan satu karena Sistem penjualan tiket pesawat dan cashback ok, tapi koordinasi Airport Transfer (KECUALI dengan Golden Bird) sangat TIDAK bagus.Saya pesan Airport Transfer dengan Kanigara (harga paling masuk akal saat itu) akan tetapi Airport Transfer Kanigara tidak menjemput dan tidak ada info sampai pesawat saya mendarat (pukul 17.20 di Halim). Padahal saya sudah telepon CS Taveloka (Kanigara telponnya tidak aktif hari itu tanggal 8 September) sebelum saya berangkat ke Jakarta dan katanya pasti dihubungi 30 menit sebelumnya (ketika saya di udara yg tidak bisa dapat sinyal atau tidak boleh buka hape). Saya pusing karena malamnya ada kondangan (pukul 19.00) dan harus mencari taxi sana sini agar tidak telat ke kondangan padahal maksud memesan airport transfer traveloka agar supaya hemat waktu. Untungnya dapat taxi online yg bisa memberi resi lewat email (taxi biasa tidak memberi resi setau saya.
Saya mendarat di Halim yg tidak ada Blue Bird)Lalu yang parahnya, yang dikompensasi hanya perjalanan saya dengan taxi online tersebut ditambah voucher 40.000 (padahal saya bayar airport transfer dengan voucher tukar poin hasil beli tiket seharga 50.000). Pembelian awal saya tidak dikompensaikan (kira-kira sebesar 106.300). Saya juga memberi tips ke pengemudi taxi online saya tapi itu TIDAK digantikan karena tidak ada di resi (masa saya tidak kasih tips? Bagaimana bisa driver memberi resi untuk tips?). Akhir-akhirnya saya harus nombok dan ditambah hassle dan kestressan saya mencari taxi online yg lumayan lama (stres takut tidak bisa ke kondangan penting saya).Sangat kecewa dengan Traveloka. Perusahaan besar yg uang segitu tidak banyak dibanding nilai valuation perusahaan tapi mereka pelit dan terlalu birokrasi dan kurang tanggung jawab.
